We’re happy to announce the launch of our new iPad Filming Kit App.

While maintaining the same simple upload process, this new App introduces a range of improvements to enhance your iPad’s reliability, security and usability. Behind the scenes, we’ve made significant updates to optimise performance. With these upgrades, you can focus on doing what you need to, while trusting the app to handle everything else.

Why?

Our new App is designed to improve your User Experience in multiple ways:

• The App will ensure that the storage issues some users experience will not happen in the future - see Clearing Safari Data
• The process for those presented with a login page when connecting to Wi-Fi is now simplified
• By automatically enabling the Auto lock feature after uploading to ChilliPharm, the App enhanced security for your patients

When?

You will be contacted individually with your scheduled release date and the following changes will occur as part of the App deployment:

• The App will be automatically delivered to your iPad when it is connected to the internet, replacing the Safari app. Please refer to the Clearing Safari Data page and follow the instructions provided
• Upon launching the ChilliPharm app, you will be greeted with the familiar ChilliPharm login screen
• The login and upload processes to ChilliPharm remain unchanged, so you can continue as usual
