To setup the iPad, you will need to use a computer, or laptop, or any other device connected to the internet. Not the iPad itself.

• Open a web browser and go to www.chillipharm.com
• Click Activate Tablet from the top right
• Complete the form using the Reference Number provided in the guide
• Add the Asset ID (found on the back of the tablet)
• Once the ID has been confirmed, you will be given a passcode to unlock the device

WiFi set up for the iPad

In the case no wifi is available, please use the ethernet adaptor (from your filming kit) so the iPad can be connected via a wired connection

• Tap Settings ⚙️
• Select Wifi and a list of wifi networks will appear on the right-hand side of the screen
• Choose a secure wifi network that requires a password
• Enter the password and tap Join

The iPad is configured to ChilliPharm’s security profile. You will be unable to add an Apple ID or any Applications, and the use of Safari will be restricted to ChilliPharm approved trials. Within Settings, you will be able to perform the following changes to the device: Airplane Mode, Wifi Networks, Accessibility, Date & Time / Keyboard / Language, Device & Brightness, Sounds and Passcode
