We are upgrading our authentication platform to Auth0 to improve account security, reliability, and the overall sign-in experience.

As part of this change, all users will be required to:

• Sign in as normal, you will notice a design change
• Complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) during the login process, you won’t be challenged every time but worth being prepared with your email close by
• This change will also be applicable when adding your signature to a form in ChilliPharm

These steps are mandatory and help ensure your account remains secure.

What’s Changing?

New Authentication Platform

We are moving our login and identity management system to Auth0.

This upgrade provides:

• Enhanced account security
• Improved login reliability
• Better support for MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
• A more modern authentication experience

What Users Need to Do

1. Log In as normal

Once the migration is released, navigate to the usual login page and enter your email address

2. Complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

After adding in your password, you will be guided through MFA setup.

MFA adds an additional layer of security by requiring a verification code during sign-in.

As part of this setup:

• A one-time passcode (OTP) will be sent to your registered email address
• Enter the code when prompted to verify your identity
• This verification step may be required during future logins
