Best Practise: Turn off auto-lock to present the upload from being disrupted:

• Tap Settings
• Tap Display & Brightness
• Tap Auto-Lock
• Set Auto-Lock to Never </aside>

Once you have finished recording, you can upload the videos to ChilliPharm.

• Tap on the ChilliPharm app
• Enter your username and password
  • If you have forgotten your username or password, tap Forgotten Password to reset it
• You will be logged into your Site
  • If you have access to multiple Sites, you will be presented with a list, tap into the relevant one

1. The Sites Navigation will allow you to access other areas of ChilliPharm you have permissions to access
2. This is the Site Identifier, along with the country
3. Subjects will be visible in this table (once created)
   1. In the table you will see Subject Number, the creation date and the user that created the subject
4. Click Add Subject to add a Subject if needed
5. Actions
   1. The Upload icon will be animated when an upload is in progress
   2. The question mark will direct you to the ChilliPharm Help Desk
   3. To log out, tap here

Uploading your first video

• To add an upload, tap on the Appropriate Subject
  • If a Subject needs to be added
  • Add the Subject Number and the Study Arm
• After selecting, or adding, the subject, tap into the associated Visit which you are uploading for
  • To add an Unschedule Visit, tap Add Unscheduled Visit
• Tap into the associated Assessment for your upload
• A pop-up box will open and you can Add Assessment Details
  • Select the date the assessment was conducted
  • Choose the appropriate Evaluator from the drop down
  • Tap Save
• In the pop-up window, tap Add Files
  • The Site, Subject, Visit and Assessment can be verified from the top of this screen
• Tap Photo Library
• Select the files you wish to uploaded and tap the blue tick from the top right
