Once we start the migration process, planned for the week commencing 20th October, the below instructions will assist you in ensuring the migration can take place from your side. We strongly suggest that the iPads are updated as soon as possible and the migration process is completed in advance of any patient visits.

Any 8th or 9th Generation iPads are advised to update to iPadOS 26 and follow the relevant instructions below, see here for more details
